CANCELLATION POLICY

Reservations may be CANCELED with no penalties or charges up to 7 days before your confirmed arrival (check-in) date.

After the 7 day deadline your card will be subject to a penalty charge up 50% of the entire reserved stay to the credit card you use for guaranteeing your reservation. This is backed by the laws of the Federal Government of the Untied States of America, Canada, the European Union countries and the Costa Rican Municipalidad.

Departing /cancelling your stay early is subject to the same terms as above.

Cancellations must be made in writing, by email or fax. We will not accept a cancellation by phone. The Freebird will issue a cancellation number as confirmation that the request has been received and processed.

By completing the Reservation Form I am agreeing to the cancellation terms outlined and authorize charges to my credit card. Your card will not be charged until your arrival.
